We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

We do consider all sales final. If you find there is a problem with your order please contact us by email so that we can find a solution. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

PORCELAIN/STONEWARE/GLAZES/FOOD SAFETY

Since each piece is formed and glazed by hand you may find slight imperfections. These are intentional and are part of the character of the individual piece. All of our pieces are glazed with lead-free, food-safe glazes. In some cases, we recommend using a piece only for decorative use, not for food. These pieces are called "not food safe" pieces and a description is given on why it is not recommended for food.

RECOMMENDED CARE

All of our ceramics are dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. I prefer to hand wash mine if they are of thinner, finer clay. Where there is highly textured porcelain or stoneware I would recommend taking a fine brush and brushing those areas to make sure no food is left behind. On many of our pieces, the rims and bottoms are unglazed. Unglazed clay will retain moisture so it is best to make sure they are thoroughly dried before setting on wooden furniture.
